The "Personal Notebook Toolbar" on the top of your screen allows the property seeker to keep track of his/her favorite listings and saved searches in an easy to use and readily accessible fashion.

• Saving a Search using the Personal Notebook Toolbar from the Search Results Screen
  • You can save a search to your Saved Searches from the Search Results screen.
    • When you see a group of properties you like on the Search Results screen, click on the icon or "Save Criteria". This will bring up a popup window.
    • On the popup screen, you can personalize your saved search by namimg it and adding notes.
    • Click Update.
    • You will be returned to the search results screen that you were on.

• Saving a property using Personal Notebook Toolbar from the Search Details Screen
  • You will see a Save icon on the toolbar.
  • You will also see a Save to Favorites icon below each thumbnail image.
  • Click either one of these icons and follow the directions below:
  • The icon signifies you can save the listing.
  • On the popup screen, you can personalize the property listing with your own nickname and organize into folders.
  • Click Update.
  • The popup window will close and return you to your search details.

• How to use the "Saved Searches" option from Personal Notebook Toolbar
• Click on  "Searches"
• You will see a list of all your saved Searches
• Click on "Run this search!" to run.
• Click on "View Criteria" to see the list of parameters you entered for this search.
• Click on "Revise Search" to change your search criteria.
• Click on "Delete Search" to delete the search.

• How to use the "Favorites" option from Personal Notebook Toolbar
• Click on  "Favorites"
• You will see a list of all your Saved Properties
• Click on "View Details" to see your saved property.
• Click on "Print Friendly" to see your saved property in a printer friendly format.
• Click on "Additional Photos" to view all the photos for your saved property.
• Click on "Map Property" to display a Google Map of your property.
• Check the stars to save a rating for your property.
• Click on "My Rating" to sort according to folder name and rating.
• Click on "Update Name and Notes" to update the folder, name and notes of your property.
• Click on "Delete this Listing" to delete the property from your Saved Properties.
• Check "Select for Comparison" to include this property on a comparison page.
• Once you have selected several properties, click "Compare" at the bottom of the screen for a comparison page.

• How to use the "Sold Properties" option from Personal Notebook Toolbar
• Click on  "Sold Properties" to view a list of your saved properties that have been sold.

• How to use the "Results" option from Personal Notebook Toolbar
• Click on  "Results" (when available) to return to the search results screen.

• How to use the "Details" option from Personal Notebook Toolbar
• Click on  "Details" (when available) to return to the search details screen.
