Taking the time to listen to each client's needs is the first step to any successful business. Each client has different needs, wants, and expectations. Once I understand the client, I can provide the services and then, fully concentrate my efforts to fulfill their needs and expectations.

Cyndi and I would like to take time to thank you for all the help and guidance you gave us while selling our home. The decision to sell our home was not an easy one. At first, we were considering selling our home "For Sale By Owner". We had thought in this market, "How hard could it be and why should we pay a realtor to do it for us?" We had a price in mind, and thought if we got it, we would be really happy. We were all set to put it on the market. We thought before we went ahead and put it on, we should speak with a realtor and see what they would sell it for.

You came to our home and gave us an excellent presentation. We were shocked at how much our home actually was worth. You educated us on the difference between retail and wholesale prices of the business.

In the end, it was an easy decision to let you sell our home. After working with you for a while we were amazed at how much time and effort goes into selling the home. You worked with us so closely that we came to know you not only as our realtor, but also as our friend. In the end you sold our home in only seven days after it hit the market. After the fees and closing we profited $10,000 more than we were going to sell it for as a "For Sale By Owner". You made it possible for us to get so much more in our new home we were building. My family and I can't thank you enough for all that you did for us. You have been a big help and you made a normally stressful time in our life a very pleasant experience, indeed.
